Winches Electric winch on B6100E?

New here, I just purchased a B6100E and after searching through old posts still have a question about using a 3000 lbs atv winch on the tractor. It is 23 amp no line pull load up to 160 amp at 3000# line pull. I already own it and it is in a 2" receiver mount. I am trying to figure out if using it every now and then will hurt the electrical system on the tractor. I already have a rear receiver, maybe put one on front, run some wire for power and I am good to go. I just don't want to screw up anything. If I can find a small hydraulic winch, I might save up for it if this one comes in handy.

The battery and recharging system may be on the small side for any extended use.?
