Electric clutch wiring

I have found that the hot wire feeding the electric clutch has broken off right at the clutch. This looks like it is molded in. Does anyone know if these wires can be accessed for replacement?

The power feed wires to the clutch. They appear to go into a molded block on the clutch

I knew that, I don't know what machine or what electric clutch.

This is on a husqvarna ZR4623.
