Ecstatic with the purchase - ZD326H 72" deck

Man that's awesome! Aren't those R1's? I thought R4 was industrial tread.

Does the cleats tear the grass up when turning? I really love the look of the tires on the ZD!

My dealer called them bar tires, he said the ZD used the same size tire as the smaller BX/B tractors and he ordered them through whole goods, this was five or six years ago. I remember the cost though, $160, he took my original wheels which were only used a couple of times for $120, not a bad $40 upgrade.

The bar tires do not tear up the grass any worst than the turf tires did but remember, I'm not cutting a show lawn, I live rural and cut grass that is more weed and field grass.

They look like R4s to me. I had a B2320 a few years ago and had R1s put on it. Much bigger spacing between tire "bars" on the R1s. The R1 tires on the B2320 really looked cool with such an aggressive tread and Steve Barlow the dealer had commented how cool it looked on the B2320. Made it look like a farm tractor.

We have Carlisle WT300 R4 tires on our ZD326 and we really like them. They are designed for turf applications and do less turf damage than the turf tires did.

i O NLY USED THE TRACTOR in garden, field and pavement until I got rid of it. My first and last gear drive Kunota of over 20. Hated the gear drive.

Do they help you side hill on slopes better?

Yes the WT300s made it a completely different machine on steep slopes.

+1. These are the tires Im considering for my ZD326. The rounded profile is a selling point for me for turf use.
