I agree with a your philosophy but you didn't buy the F3080 for $3 or $4k.
They were more than that. But save hours of my life each year. What's an extra hour not doing something you don't want to do vs doing something you want to do?:cool2:
I totally agree that diesels are wonderful but worth the extra cost for a lawn mower - you must mow a lot of lawn!

My home acreage spreads out over 5 acres of hillside plus the once or twice a year old logging road of a couple miles which I usually mow a couple times a year (F3080 plus Z121). I also have a flat 3 or 4 acres of rental property with 22 structures on it that I use the ZD326 to mow. I bought my SIL a used BX1500 MMM last year for his home yard for mowing the rental property for me using my ZD326.

Looking forward to your photos. What kinda of terrain are you getting stuck on? I only have gotten my ZD stuck when I got too close to mud on along a creek bed.

Also what kinda of grass are you mowing? Lawns or field grass? Very curious how bad the new tires chew up the yard. (0:

Here are a couple pics. As someone else mentioned they don't tear the grass up as bad when turning or going around trees and obstacles. They are a huge improvement when mowing around pond and wet areas that the turf tires couldn't handle. I'd definitely buy them again.

Sweet dont think they will ever make a low profile that will fit the ZD1211.
