Good advise there , luckily I cancelled my items . Thousands of people didn't , the losses will be in the millions . One guy on a forum couldn't cancel his because it was too close to finishing time and sold his car for pennies and the buyer has marked it as paid .

This brings up the question whether Ebay's terms and conditions will excuse sellers from completing these sales. Some sellers will probably take the position that it's not a completed valid sale due to technical problems beyond their control.

I've bought a few things on Ebay...

It has gotten so slow when they "Improved" it that I don't go there anymore.

At first I thought it was my old computer and then I tried it on a T1 server at work and it was still darn slow... at least compared to what I was use to...

Anyone else experience this?

Like Ebay's policies are what they are and cover loss of server connection, but still. Do you see a lot of guys permitting the sale of their car for a buck or two to be consummated? I doubt it. Feedback score or not.

I'm not a fan of the new and improved site they've rolled out over the past few months. Seems like there are more popups for stuff I intentionally will not look at.

After searching dozens of sites and hundreds of posts trying to find out why my Ebay wouldn't work , you want me to go back through them all to try and find that post again ? Not .

I recently sold an item on ebay. It had been a while since I had sold something. My son had sold several and mention various changes. But it was not until I sold something that the changes hit home. I use to sell and have folks pay via money order to avoid Paypal fees. Well I see that is not not possible as you can only deal via ebay's banking arm. Also The fees not are crazy! With Paypal and ebay the fees were over 10%. Recon gotta pay to play or pay to sell.
