G'day Cobber and welcome to TBN from Tassie.

I've not heard of East Wind but a quick Google says they've been in Aus since '07... there may be some 'threads' in the "Chinese Tractors" or "Grey Market" forums. Our North American friends may know the brand as "Dong Feng" or "Yuchai".
