I based the 11 yards on the "Weight of Materials" in the Glover Pocket Reference guide (675 pds yd.)

by the way- a plug for that book. 768 pages in a book about 1" x 2.5 x 4.

I have been looking for a book like this for a long time!! I knew it existed, but never hit the right keywords apparently. I estimate projects, and am always looking for the oddball material weight. Ordering them tomorrow!!
