Oil & Fuel Dumb and Dumber

Ok, just got given an old 2563 petrol surrounds mower and it has a busted hose!!! Fixed the hose but cannot find the Hydraulic oil filler???? help!!!

Maybe need to post this with a little more info on the mower, ie Brand, model, year if known, size etc. Picture is also good. I have no idea what you have from your info. If it is a lawnmower, it would be better to post in the lawnmower forum.
