Dressing for soft top bed cover

I am looking for a product, similar to armor all, to help preserve the soft top bed cover on my 15 F150. I want something that will not run and leave streaks all over my paint. I attached a pic for reference. Any suggestions?

Aerospace 303, available easily and affordably from Amazon in containers sized up to bulk 1 gallon jugs.
Apply it by spray/wipe, let set for a bit and dry wipe to prevent over application and product streaking.

One major company, Extang, specifically warns not to use Armor All on their covers. use Aerospace 303.

Thanks guys, looking into it now. Mainly trying to prevent dry rot, keep it pliable.

Another vote for Aerospace 303. Make sure you get the Protectant version in the blue bottle (they make a few different products):
