Draft lever frozen

Have TYM 554 and lift arms will not raise the brush cutter. Attempted to move the draft lever but it will not move. How do I free the lever up.

Have you contacted your dealer?
They should have some suggestions.
Don’t force it you may break something.

Have not contacted dealer. Put oil on it but still would not move. Thanks......
