Do you think these are interchangeable?

The steering hydraulic cylinder for my DK 45 is listed for $480.95 by Kioti parts as: Parts Finder Haltom Equipment, Inc. Mooresville, IN (317) 831-4985
I can get it at TractorJoe for $398.62.
However, the same part number was listed for TroyBilt, MTD, and Cub Cadet for much less.

My thinking is that these are just hydraulic cylinders and not internal machinery parts and I need two. The saving is around $300 total. Is it worth a try?

Since the connector on my old steering cylinder is an old style I have to order a new pin and nut for the new cylinder. I'm hoping to get it installed this weekend. I may not get to try it though. My tractor won't start. It will turn over and runs for 3 sec then die. I think I may have some issue with the fuel system.
