A lot of road damage this Winter and I'd like to get started on repairs. Here in the northeast anyway, it seems like whenever I take the Winter gear off the tractor, we get a spring blizzard. I already tempted fate by taking off the chains & spreader, do I dare take the plow off too?

I'm north of you and the chains, plow and snowblower are coming off this weekend. It's time to put the chipper on and start spring cleanup. The 10 day forecast looks good.

We still have a little snow in the woods. But things are drying out quick.

Yeah, too muddy to plow for the last several weeks and it's been snow turning to rain for the last 2-3 little snows in the past 10 days.
That snow "stuff" has been off for almost a month for me.

I took my chains and snowblower off last weekend. Looked at the forecast for the next month and while still cool it doesn't look like any snow coming. We did have some hail / sleet yesterday.
All of my snow piles have melted and now we are in mud season.

I generally offer to my ski bum friends to take off and put away all of my snow removal equipment when they need a little extension to the ski season.

Most of snow melted but the piles of snow,if snowstorm comes I'll use bucket in float since the ground soft.
Winter gear been remove from our tractor except rear tire chains...you never know.

We still got good snow here on the south shore of the big lake. Taken yesterday at Houghton MI. Takes me 60 seconds to put the plow on, or off.

Some light snow predicted early this week but you never know. After that, the rest of the winter gear gets put away for the season.

This is my first snow season with a barn and pallet racks for implements. I can finally swap and store implements in minutes rather than the seasonal jigsaw puzzle when I was storing in a shipping container.

I took the front blade off but the rear is still on until I drive the Toolcat next. I only plowed once this year and no real snow in the forecast. The grass is greening up nicely and I have to start some garden seeds indoors. Oh, we could get a big snow in April but that is doubtful nowadays. The mowers are about ready and I picked up all the sticks and will burn soon.
