Now that I think about I'm thinking mine has an inner too. That may have been what he was saying not to blow out. I'd go out and look but the rain is starting...

You don't have a inner filter.
The Napa filter lists a inner to go with the outer, I should be good through the winter, I just cleaned mine again, snow will be here soon, so no dust.

I have 60 hours on my tractor, I've cleaned the air filter 4 times, it was pretty dirty each time.
I will replace it next time, when I do, I am going to try the napa filters that I listed above, and see if they fit the airbox correctly, that way I can have a inner and outer filter.

If anyone tries this before I do, please post up.
