DK35SE major problems

1. I have had bad luck with the loader and backhoe(KB2385). First the curved linkage on my loader bent twice. Factory said misuse and would not replace. I did not do anything different from my LB1914 and it was bulletproof. Finally I doubled up the steel on the linkage and no problem since. Welding shop said the metal was too soft.

2. Backhoe link assembly part #BS13-0100 bent. Sure I was digging rocks in the dirt but I dug the same ground withj my 1914 with no problems. Factory would not replace. Said wear item. Just what does the so called warranty cover, anything? Bought new part (same part #) and wounld not fit the pins.
I sm going to box in the link and hope will fix.

Also 3 point chatters badly when raising or lowering the box scraper.

I am really unhappy with the tractor. Anybody got any ideas or experienced these problems? I have owned many tractors for over 50 years and never experieced this. Maybe tractor is too strong for the implemenmts? Bad design? Please comment!

Curved linkage? Please post some pic's. What loader series is it?
3pt chatter-fluid level checked? My Ck30 & Dk40se 3pt is smooth as glass.

That loader is the KL351 which is lighter duty than the KL401 I have but I have not come close to injuring my loader despite some pretty aggressive grapple use on rocks and stumps. I'm surprised that the curved links could fail. Were they properly installed...I am just remembering a guy with a backhoe who had installed the curved links on that the wrong way round and just moving the bucket to full curl bent them.

The DK35se is a heavy powerful tractor. I wanted to get one with the KL401 but had to move up to the DK40se to get that loader. As the KL351 is lighter duty but the tractor power is almost the same, perhaps there is a mismatch.

My 3PT does not chatter (DK40se) and I think it is essentially the same as on the DK35se and 45se.
