dk 35 front end

   / dk 35 front end #11
I had a dk 35 with a roll back problem. The gentleman had a spear attached to the front of the bucket. We convinced him to take the bucket off and put on a spear. It now curls the bale with atthority and is much more stable now that the hay bale is almost 2 feet closer to the tractor.
Its like lifting a 5 gallon bucket of water at your feet... that is a lot eiser to do that lifting the same 5 gallon bucket 3 feet away !

The Kioti web site has a e-mail address to contact them . It isn,t the hydraulics, it is a design flaw.

My round bails off hay weight 700 to 800 lb.
My problem is when i looked at the tractor i had told the sales men that i want to move round bails. 1 or 2 per week.He said
no problem.I could have waited and gone for the dk40.
I really like the tractor.Have 7 hrs on it now.

I tiold them that if I did not get a reasonable answer that I would not hessitate to change colors, i.e. manufacturers, after owning 4 Kioti's . Then I got some lovin'

No problems here either, and it is not a Woods. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Am I right in my thinking that it's only the KL1450 that has this rollback problem? I have the smaller KL120 with no problems, and I think that is what I've read, just the 1450. Thanks, John

My loader is a 1595

Most discussion is focused on the 1450 and the 1595. It also depends on what the person is using the loader for as to if the loader roll back/roll back power is a problem. The issue varies upon application. The 1470 was not designed for the DK35 and regardless as to whether it fits or if the front end is strong enough to carry any of the load it doesn't matter in the liability happy world we live in. The DK 35 and 40 DO use different tires so clearances and specs would be wrong. As well as lift limits etc.
