DIY wheel weights

I came across some heavy disc shaped scrap steel at the local salvage yard that would make nice wheel weights. My problem is my tractor is not with me at this time. Can someone give me what would be the inside dimensions for a 12-16.5 industrial wheel. They happen to be on a Kubota B2x20. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me the inside diameter and depth of the wheel.
