DIY SSQA forks?

/ DIY SSQA forks? #61
I compromised on mine, I was parting out my old #3000 forklift so I bought the ssqa forklift plate and used my old forks and works great. I can widen or narrow the forks to what I need. Saved me half the cost of the whole thing.
I put some of my implements and what not on pallets so I can move them around and it's nice to be able to get in the smaller and larger pallets.
Could I have used a non moveable one, Yeah, but I really liked being able to use it for more stuff. I used the forks more than the 4-1 hyd bucket for all the logs I moved and was able to narrow the forks to the middle to lift the stumps.

My issue on bucket forks was the side to side movement and the weight cap reduction moving the lifting point 2 or 3 feet away from the pivot pins. If you only have one thing you need it for then that's great.
As much as I try to do things right I KNEW -I- would go over board on both and end up screwing something up.
