Buying Advice Discount off MSRP

Got a couple quotes from my local dealer on a new ZD1211 and a ZD326, both units have the 60" deck. What's considered a decent discount off MSRP? I was given a price that's 12% off for the ZD326 and 9% off for the ZD1211. Do these seem reasonable as another quote for a ZD326 from a dealer 100 miles away was within 1%.

Those discounts are right in the usual area. Maybe even a bit better.

I've heard of 15% on items that have been on the lot for ages but it is rare.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping it would be in line with other areas as I like this dealer and will likely purchase from him.
