</font><font color="blue" class="small">( Great thread,
I have been considering trying to find a LOTO (lock out tag out) device for the hydraulic valves and/or the steering wheel. We have many strange LOTO devices at work and when I find the catalog we use to buy them, I am hopeful I can find something appropriate.

Thinking again...sorry /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Someone on here is using a piece of pipe that is slit for the back blade for snow removal, well that with your LOTO idea got me thinking. Why not split some pipe a little larger than your cyliders shaft and weld tubing to form a hinge then use the same idea with 5/8 on the other end for a trailer coupling lock. Does that make sense to anyone but me ? If you looked at it from the side it would look like PAC-MAN. You would just have to figure extended length of cyl- easy and spend some time cutting and welding.

Thanks for all the advice. I like the Idia of the lead, and I carry a 357 almost every day. Also have 12g 00 available. I keep my tractor in the same shed the other was taken from. It is on my 6 acres, out of sight of the road. I have cleared brush away so if some one is trying to load it, they can be seen. There is no way they can get bact to where it is with a truck and/or trailer. (I hope). The statement about the bigger tractor is true. They stole a 7500, I now have a 7800. I sure am gald I upgraded. We just signed papers today an a new place with 34 acres and a shed close to the house we will be moving into within the next 60 days. I do have insuracne on the tractor, even explained to the agent that I was going to keep it in the same shed the other one was stole from. He said it is covered. Only cost $94 for a year, which is high if you consider my other one was covered in my homeowners with out extra cost, and they paid off well. They did not want to cover the new one if I kept it the same place, and I don't blame them, much. Thanks again for all the ideas and advice /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
