differences between onan p220 and p224?

I'm looking at an onan two cylinder engine on CL. It's a 20hp, but I'd rather have the 24hp version. Is it feasible for me to purchase the 20hp engine and then rebuild it to the 24hp spec? Anybody know what the differences are?
