Differences between Grand L models

Other than engine size, is there a difference between standard features on the Grand L's? For instance, does the 3940 have exactly the same features as a 4740 other than the engine?

Maybe this will help, I don't think there is conflict between sites. When I looked at them, I didn't see any differences.

Features throughout the GrandL range are the same. HST+, tilt wheel, telescoping arms, etc. That is what they call a model. Specifications will change, wheel base, weight, 3 point performance, FEL performance, horsepower, etc. Philip

L3240 and L3540 same frame size and three cylinder engine.L3940 is a four cylinder and takes the same loader as the two smaller machines.
L4240-L5740 use four cylinders and are the same frame size(I believe)
I believe the L3940 has the same frame as the larger L's ,but a smaller front axel(thus the smaller loader).Not sure but I think tire sizes increase with horsepower.At least thats what I remember my dealer explaining to me.

Thanks. I figured they were similar -- no option differences that I can ascertain on Kubotas website, but I wanted to make sure I didn't go one model "too small" and miss out on a great feature that would be on the next biggest model.
