Still looking B4 purchase of a SCUT. As someone mentioned not a lot of comparison videos. Is it primarily the engine and placement of the bucket stick? What is the apprx price difference between the 2?

Yes kenb1023, TYM dealers have become scarce here also; bummer!!
I've had T264 for a year. Great machine. Lift capacities should be much higher than 254. Some are opting for the T25. Bottom line......you'll find engines vary Yanmar or Kukje. If you like the expense after warranty of JD go with the Yanmar. I like the Kukje, it a Cummings design. If you read about Kukje online many diesel insiders claim it's the best engine. T264, add mirrors, light bar on ROP and shorten the left side levers. Perrrrrrrfection. M2CW
