diff lock stuck, can anyone help???

I have a 1978 ish Case 580b Construction King and my Diff lock is stuck. It is not the linkage. I already checked that. A buddy of mine told me there is a spring of some sort that is most likely broke inside the rear end.
I have looked high and low for a schematic of the rear end to see where to start taking it apart with no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You may have already tried this, but maybe not...

Did you try jabbing the turning brakes individually to try to get it to release?

Yep, No luck. It seems that the right rear brake is no longer working since this happened either. That brake would always stick and I would have to rock it with the shuttle to get it to break free and then one day out of the blue when i tried this rocking move I heard a big pop, and then my Diff lock was stuck. So, something actually broke, I just need to know where to start tearing it down.

I believe the B is the same set up as the C&D if so just pull the brake housing of the right side you loose no oil or anything there is just a slidind collar for the diff lock it could be just jamed on the shaft with brake dust
