Tractor
Kubota M110GX, ZD331-60
We have traded back our 9960 cab dual speed for a Kubota m110gx with a buddy seat. Should be here in 2 weeks. We liked the 9960 but my wife liked this better. Easier for her to see out of. We also needed the extra weight and width of this tractor and is being built with a creep kit for the wife. She felt much more comfortable with the power shift and felt a lot more comfortable using it. They had a customer who had ordered one and we went and tried it out and that was all it took.. I was sold on buddy seat alone. At least now, I get to ride along.:D

Dealer got full warranty re-instated for next buyer. The 9960 dual speed was fully loaded with third function, ksr, air ride seat, and a host of other things. Can not thank Kubota and dealer enough for helping us get into the right tractor.

I was about to buy a M9960 but the transmission difference swayed me. I then decided on a M100GX but by the time I signed the paperwork I ended up with a M135GX. The buddy seat - yes, it says for training purposes only but I never lack for great nieces and nephews riding with me. My neighbor ended up with the M100GX and he also is very pleased.

I bought a 135gx in May. I have loved it. The buddy seat is awesome and the visibility is unmatched. Great power. You'll love it.

The visibility is much better IMHO too. I hope it gets here soon. The wait is .

Did they give you a new eta? Don't forget to post some pictures when it finally comes in.

You say "again", how many have you been through?

It was right at 4 weeks to get here and delivered. The dealer had to add the creep option, ksr, and 3rd function valve. The mid rear work lights are on order and the right side 3 point hitch remote option. The dealer will come and install those in my shop when they come in. It is a whole different beast.

It was delivered Monday, and when I get her waxed that first time and cleaned up good. I'll post pictures. It will be the first and probably last waxing that this tractor gets. It's just about to big to be doing it. The windows will be fun to clean. I will have to use a ladder.:duh: However, those are just minor things when you go up to a tractor this size. It is sweet though. Kubota and our dealer has treated us great. We are appreciative and feel very loyal to both of them.

It is very nice. We are blessed to be able to have such a tractor. We owned a TC45DA for years, then went to a 2009 Kubota L5740 and kept it until June this Year when we got the 9960 and put only 25 hours on it. We then moved up to this tractor. We do own a Kubota ZD331-60.

I like all the different colors of tractors and such. Kubota has just fit us the best. I never could afford the green paint though.:( Would love to have tried JD, but the dealers are not competitive on their prices. With dealers owning multiple locations, it just makes getting a good price around here nearly impossible on a green tractor. If you go out of state to Alabama, or Mississippi, they still are owned by some of the same dealers. Oh well, off the soap box.

:D.

Around here, a good used one is hard to find. People just hold onto their stuff. When you find a good used one, the prices are ridiculous most of the time. Most are "shot" when traded in or sold around here. I do know where there is a slightly used 9960 though.;)

Re: Did it again (110GX delivered)

The 110GX was delivered the 1st week in December. It now has nearly 6 hours on it. The wife and I have been "joy ridding mostly," but that has been it. I have not had time to post pics until now. My father has been sick and had to move in with us for a while. The wife is very pleased and stated it is much easier to drive and she likes the creep kit on it. She did not feel in control of the 9960. It will come in handy from what little we have played with it. It will go at a snails pace. Should make hooking up to implements much safer for her and me.

It has now had the first and last waxing that it will get. Just too dang big. ::eek: I need to clean the date of manufacture off the window, but it has been too cold here to fool with that. A big thanks to Kubota and our dealer. They have treated us great!!! We are waiting on the rear lower work light kit and right fender remote switch to come in. Our dealer will come and install them. They are on back order.

Now, if I can get them to deal on a new camo RTV-X1100 and surprise the wife. :shhh:

Re: Did it again (110GX delivered)

Wow, that's a gorgeous rig! I bet it really lights up at night with 8 lights out front!

Thank you for the comment, and yes they provide plenty of light.

Good luck with the new machine. 10-4 on the rear lights. They are sweet to have when you are working rear implements, backing up, or on the road with 4-wheelers.

Wow!!!! I had to wipe the drool off of my IPAD. Very nice.

That set of forks looks downright puny on that bad boy. I sure like the looks of the big Kubotas.

Jamesnp,

Beautiful rig!

When you have an opportunity, could you take a few photos of the buddy seat layout?

Thank you
