Did I Miss A Lesson

Hi,

The new format shows a diamond tractor icon on the side of each post category...sometimes its yellow sometimes its transparent. What did I miss ??? I assume its related to new posts ??

Also, I no longer see a listing of how many new posts and replies per category. Has this been eliminated or do I need to adjust a setting.

Dumb questions...I know, but I thought maybe someone else may benefit if I asked.
