Interesting, if it will clear codes and give a snap shot of engine functions ,that should be all most people will need

Noticed that the HD OBD read 6.8 hours on tractor, that is correct with the replacement ECM (changed at first service) , have tried to read the cluster panel as of yet ..it is an option on the HD scanner actual hours are just a bit over 50

Down loaded torque pro , notice it actually has a large truck setting , haven't had a chance to test on tractor

Let me know if torque pro paid version works (if that's the one you got), I didn't want to pay for a program app only to find out if doesn't.
The Cummins fault app did take a snapshot as I posted #58. I did notice the total engine hours were not correct. It showed 211 hours when actual was 240.

Ecu and and dash hour meters seldom read the same ...
If I can get some dry weather this weekend , I will run a few more test ...did take a cat HD OBD scanner from WORK home to check the readings on my cheap hd obd scanner reading were very close , must say through the cat reader was considerable faster....

Well torque pro was a no go on tractor , worked well on my jeep worth the money , just don't work with my adapter on the LS Tractor .

If weather holds going to give the NL102 scanner a check to see just how many if it's Fuctions will actually work with the LS Tractor....Already know it will read /reset codes and display live data from engine

Checked adapter on some CAT engines with the NL102 scanner ...worked well could reset/read as well as view live data ...

Now if the NL102 will do the same on your LS we'll have something.
If it works I see the NL102 isn't too expensive and would buy one.

I have a 2018 LS XR 4155C and it has a OBD II port on the lower right side of the steering console. I used a very inexpensive code reader I purchased from I think Harbor Freight to read the error codes and it read them without trouble and was able to clear the codes as well. Of course resetting the code did not solve my problem but it was worth a shot.

hi guys,i have 2014 xr4046hs,trying to get code reader to work.i found on my tractor connecter the pin A is 12volt and pin B is grd.according to all the pictures i found online pinA is grd and pin B is 12volt.this is the 9 pin connector.can any one tell me if pin a is power or should it be ground.its the middle pin.. thanks

I did not need to do any work with pin out's or anything of such sort. I just plugged in the reader with the OEM OBDII cord and it worked fine. I'm out of town until Sunday but when I get home I can take a picture of the reader I have and post it so you can see which one it is. it was really incredibly simple to use.

my duetze 9 pin connector on tractor is probably odd ball j1939 type 2?dont seem be any info about this one.its possible this is the year that they went from 6 pin to 9 pin.not sure what ill do now.hate buy another reader

I found a code reader on (www.lawntractorco.com). It has a list of ls tractors that it works with and your ls xr3037 is on that list. It sells for $189.00. Good luck. I'm looking for a code reader for my 2017 ls xg3037h, any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John

If your XG3037 has the same Shibaura engine as the XR3037 that reader should work with it as well
