Where is the sensor located that operates the fan also does the fan blow thru toward the the motor or does it blow thru the radiator from the motor toward the grill on a deutz 3 cylinder diesel

Sorry. Can't help you with the sensor but a cooling fan almost always blows toward the motor. No sense in using warmed air from the motor to cool the radiator.

Oh that's right.. Most of the older ones are.. Their newer models have either water or air cooled. Deutz also made diesels for other applications that were water or oil cooled.

My bad.. Guess we need more info..
