Deutz 4506

I have a deutz 4506 with front end loader. The Loader is not lifting as good as it should. Im not sure where to start looking for the problem. I had a man with a 3000 ford load logs on my truck today he had no problem. I get home my larger Deutz wouldnt think of lifting them. Is it the pump?

The best thing to do first is to get a gauge and test the pressure of the PRV (pressure relief valve), that will tell you what's going on with your system and help identify whether the pump is at fault, or just a weak spring in the PRV.

Does your loader have QD (quick disconnects) on it? If so a gauge can be plugged in right there.
