Delvac tractor fluid

I’ve recently changed my hydraulic fluid and used Delvac tractor fluid however I’m now concerned it may be bad since it is not new holland brand. Has anyone used it or have any knowledge? I used it in my 1986 ford 1910.

Tractor brands do not produce their own branded oils, they are made on license by major manufacturer. You should be golden.

New Holland Ambra line is made by Petronas. That what I use on my tractor, Petronas MTF10W30 for the transmission.

It's probably better than whatever you took out. I did a fluid change on one older tractor with Walmart UTF and zero issues several years later.

Definitely is better. the original
oil in it had some water contamination.

I’ve been using Delvac hydraulic fluid in my Ford 1215 HST since 1995. Also been using NAPA filters for the same length of time, no issues whatsoever, it’s very good oil.
I also use it in my Kioti.

I use it in my Case backhoe. The Case stuff seems to handle moisture better but is about twice the price.
