Deception?

Is it possible for a Dealer disguised as a consumer to be Bashing other brands on TBN.

Would a Deealer actually stoop so low as pretend he's not a dealer and start bragging about the brand he's actually selling?

Are there any Chinese Tractor Dealers so DESPERATE they would resort to such behaviour in this forum?

Deception is a very low form of business practice and I hope we never experience that here!

I would think it happens more than you would think, I also think that some of the Big Boys monitor these forums, the lawyers for the big boys, the EPA,ect.

Are there any major brand manufacturers represented on TBN that ever suggested Chinese tractors were poorly made? Would that be bashing?

Well, I had fun today on my 554 Kama. I have a new house and I've been leveling out some. Finally it's been warm enough and dry enough for me to get some work done.

Nice, strong, tractor and easy to drive and maneuver.

Thanks for the plug "TR" Glad you are getting some use out of your tractor! By the way, I just want ot assure everyone that these are not paid endorsements (I hope I'm not getting a bill /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) It is nice to have happy customers. The bad news is that we are not currently importing the KM554 as it does not meet the EPA requirements for import in 2006. We are working on a replacement for the larger tractors that will have to have EPA certified engines in case the KAMA factory fails to update theirs. We do have plenty of 25hp and 35HP tractors with EPA certified engines in stock and are continuing to import these as well as parts for both TS and KM series.

Well Chip, most of us know you are a dealer and you have never been decieving in any way.

Last week there were a few posts from some person who seemed to be pretending he was a customer. Some of us suspected he was being decieving. I was hoping this guy would either identify himself or go back to selling used cars. My preference is he goes back to selling used cars but not in this Country.

Well, unfortunately I did not buy my Kama 554 from Chip. After seeing his posts and responses to others on the forums, I wish I had. What great customer service he has. However, he has helped me via Phone and Private Message greatly. I have bought my spare parts and weights from him and will be buying any future parts from him as well. I am glad I got my Kama before the 06 EPA laws. Great tractor so far for me. A few minor things to report, but the engine purs.

No one is giving you grif, I don't even know what "grif" is. All I said was that someone with the exact same username you are using on this board has been listing farm pro tractors on ebay recently. Maybe it is a funny coincidence, although I'm not sure its real funny. If it were true that you were in fact affiliated with a certain little indiana farm pro dealership and your initials (or your bosses) happend to be J.M. and I am not saying it is true, but if it were, then I'm sure you can see how unprofessional it would be to come on here and make a bunch of inaccurate posts and claims. It would reflect bad on other more professional Farm Pro dealers. I have been a dealer for Farm Pro since 2003 and have seen many come and go. I'm glad you are not a dealer and appreciate you clearing that fact up for us. I do believe it is true that Rural King is going to handle mostly Foton made tractors in the future, however, some of those are in fact compact models so your inital post about Rural King pulling out of the compact tractors is clearly incorrect, There will be a difference in tractors between Farm Pro and Rural King now so buyers can shop and compare features and price.

I need to appologize for my post. I am not the worlds best speller either and now that I am getting older, my typing fingers are developing dislexia (that is probably spelled wrong). I only responded because his post was a response to one I had made. Those of you that know me konw that I don't ususally engage in this type of banter when it occurs so as far as I am concerned Mr Tweeter is in fact a customer shopping for information, and not a troll. In fact I should probably notify the particular ebay based farm pro dealer that uses the same name that someone is on here with the same name possibly making him look bad...nah, Good Grif, I'm letting this go.

Dyslexia is a problem or advantage some of us have and spelling can be a difficult thing at times. Sometimes it is an advantage because misspelled words look normal....
