My 2004 Model A Toolcat has been sitting in my shed for quite awhile. It used to run and then choke out of fuel and die. It would restart and I was good to go again for a couple hundred feet and would die again. I got it to the shed and there she sat for a few years. I put a new battery in it and tried to start it up. The glow plugs would not activate and ALL the idiot lights would flash in unison while turning the key. I just had the fuel filter changed before the last round of issues. Would like to take it in, but need it to work for a few minutes to load it onto the trailer, as pushing or pulling is not an option.

Any ideas? TIA Yooper Dave

Load test the new battery, if it is ok, double check that you have all the connections correct, and they are clean and tight.

If it has a 3 wire pull and hold fuel shut-off solenoid, maybe the hold isn't holding for long. Do you have codes? Is it shutting down because low oil pressure or fuel pressure?
