It's either the 4wd indicator, telling you that you are in 4wd (switch is LH side below dash) or it's the PTO indicator, (switch RH side below dash) but the tractor wouldn't start if the pto was on. Above those are the battery charge, high beam lights, glow plugs and parking brake.
