Dash lights 1610d

I have one dash light(the lightning bolt) on my tractor that does not light up when I depress the "check" light. I am told that the bulb must be burned out as the reason for the "check" button is to alert one to the condition of the bulbs. How does one access this bulb and what type bulb is required? One of these days I'll have this ole tractor figgered out. Thanks for any help! Bob
