D1803 Kubota Rebuild

Rebuilding engine on L39. D1803. If timing marks on gears are all in alignment will motor be in time, and/or does the position of marks on flywheel need to be in any particular place when the gears are aligned. Also if anyone had a drawing detailing the internals and externals of the fuel pump that would be helpful. Thanks.
