Well I try different types of glue & tape and still no luck, for my Kubota coffee cup leaks /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif and now <font color=blue>R.I.P.<font color=blue><font color=black> /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif

Would there be a fellow TBNer & Kubota dealer which might have an idea where I could purchase another Kubota ceramic coffee cup?? /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif..and I did ask my dealer..no luck /w3tcompact/icons/sad.gif..and he said"If I find a supplier he would start stocking the coffee cups. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif's

Thanks.

Thomas, head down to your local <font color=green>John Deere</font color=green> dealer. If you buy a coffee cup they throw in a free tractor! But oh buy are those cups expensive /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

In this day and age, you could probably zap a digital image of your own tractor to some company on the internet that would stick it on a mug for you. May need a minimum order of 50 or so, but at least you'd be set for life!

Most malls have those types of small stores that will do this stuff.

Thomas,

I did a quick search and came up empty handed... no Kubota mugs.

I did find a couple of sites that will create a custom mug for you. It looks like you would have to supply the Kubota logo or whatever you want put on the mug.

Hope this helps...

Thomas, Keep checking Ebay. I've seen a few on there the past few months. Good luck with your search.

I feel your pain Thomas.

When I bought Moby Chevrolet sent me a neat stainless coffee mug with the bow tie on it.

I left it at a bud's while helping him out. His wife put it in the dishwasher and someway or another broke off the handle. She then tossed it, after all it was broke, women, especially other people's women.

He offered to pay me for it. I told him the cup cost twenty five thousand dollars. Of course with the cup came a free truck.

I'm hoping to get a new cup with Lucy.

Last night the door bell rang. It was some kid from the neighborhood. He had a package.

I took it. I looked inside. I asked the kid if I owed him anything. He told me was already paid for. I had to smile.

I've got the coolest stainless--pewter coffee cup ever. It's a #3 Dale Earnhardt one. I doubt if it'll ever see coffee. But it will fit in just fine with all the other stuff I've got that goes with #3, the #3.

Of course my wife is upset to the max. I shouldn't have answered the door. Kid shouldn't have handed me the cup, should have asked for her etc etc etc etc etc.

Thomas,
The duct tape didn't work? /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif
Go to a crafts supply store. They should have the stuff to put a picture on a cup. People do it all the time with plates and stuff(I have a plate with a Farmall A and barn scene on it). I know a lady the used "Modge Podge", and it seemed to work. If you do though, it will probably be a hand wash only item. That should be no problem though, 'cause I was told once real coffee drinkers don't wash thier cups; it affects the taste of the coffee if you wash out that "stain" stuff in the cup.

If you do your own, you can have YOUR tractor on the cup too/w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif I'm sure that wouldn't hurt your feelings /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif You could even have your tractor on ones side, and the 'scoot on the other!

Try that w/old tractor picture and after couple of months or so the color started to fade..maybe because of the mircowave. /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif

Believe me I was temped to use duct tape. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif

Well since I'm married now..ahhh coffee stain cup..it will take time, maybe years to convince my better half that a stain cup gives more favor. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Like your idea..bota & scoot. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

WHarv,

I thought since you're a Dale Earnhardt fan I might be able to interest you in upgrading a bit. Instead of just having a welding truck you could go with a welding trailer and pull it with this. Notice the "3" on the hood. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I've still got my bowtie mug that came with my '97. Still have the leather work gloves to. Wear the gloves more than I use the mug. Was hoping I got another gift package from Chevrolet when I bought my '99 Silverado. I'm still waiting for it, so I guess what I'm saying don't hold your breath on it.
