Buying Advice cub cadet 7195

I am considering buying this small cub w/ a fel. this tractor has 900 hours & seems to be in good shape. the seller wants $ 6500 & may take a little less. from the research i have found it seems to be a solid little tractor capable of a good days work. i would be using it to do a little bit of everything so any feedback i can get from anyone reguarding the price or the tractor would be appreciated.

It's a decent tractor, mine is only a 19 horse 3 cylinder mitsubishi and 2 speed hydro, kind of weak with the backhoe and FEL attached, lots of weight there, must use low range for most work unless it's flat ground. Good for mowing though. Hydro unit spews oil out the dipstick tube if dipstick is out even setting still. Sure wish it had 10 more horsepower.

I know a lot more about the newer Cubs, but from my limited knowledge on these the Mits engine is excellent and will last a long time. The tractor is a good machine, for the size as stated a bit small but as long as you realize that and operate accordingly.
Pricewise....not a bad price, but I think 6K or 5500 would be better.
