Cub Cadet 3225 deck problems

Got a major problem with my 60 inch shaft driven deck. So far I have replaced the deck belt, a spindle, and now the two belts that run the pto on the front. The motor in getting bogged down when I turn the blades on and burning up the pto belts. I am out of ideas to fix the problem and am obviously clueless. Anyone had a similar problem? I thought about crying but I don't think that's gonna work.
