Getting ready for winter repairs. Here is one that has lasted all year: Headlights (low or high), turn signals, horn, cruise control, and instrument panel lights to not work. Fuses are all okay and voltage is passing through the fuses. Hazard flasher does work. Taillights and brake lights work. hour meter works. I am not sure if these are separate problems or if it has a common central location. I will have to start checking every physical connection without a repair manual. Any ideas?

Check your "switched power" relay.
