I've noticed several threads that have had some pretty cranky bickering lately. Didn't seem to have much to help the OP.

Are we getting cabin fever already?

Same in the snowmobiling forums. Lack of snow in most areas equals lack of snowgasms= kranky members.

All I can say is I have a lot more fun on the tractor when I am doing anything but plowing snow. :banghead:

I used my Snow Blower once this season.:(

What is your beef with Ovrszd?

Yeah, I probably contribute to some of it. But it's not intentional.

Kevin has a gripe with me. Not sure what it is. He's getting personal now. Hope it works out for him.

Don't know what you blokes are talking about... well, maybe a wee bit over on the E85 thread but that's been going on for a while.

Oh, right, it's Summer down here. :D

It's the nature of the beast...even with the political polarity...most TBN'ers have the same interests and would generally get along fine in person...it's one of the reasons that pictures are so popular...they add a dimension that missives lack...

"Flames" have existed as long as there has been electronic messaging...it's the nature of the beast...

I follow a handful of forums including this one, and I will say that TBN has quite a bit more "bickering" and drama than any of the others. I'm really not sure why though. I've also had a fair amount of conversations with a handful of guys on here and they agree that for some strange reason TBN has more of this kind of behavior than other sites.

It's just machismo...even like minded men have different ways of accomplishing the same objective...regardless of the fact that there may be a "better" way...Ignorance is bliss but it can also be costly...

I don't think the people on other forums feel the need to prove their equipment is better. I visit other woodworking forums and the bickering is definitely less over there.
