Cranking Adjustable Side Link

I have 1 hole and a slot below that on my left link at the bottom so either its fixed or it will float if in the other position. Not sure why they wanted to float the links but that is all I can figure.

Thats interesting, I thought they all came with 3 adjustment holes, I suppose depends on models,
I had tried to make a 4th hole in an atempt to get the arms up higher trying to get the bush-hog from scalping, the drill bit was dull and never got the hole through,
I found the problem was due to out of adjustment on the float linkage,

oh yea I got cha! I think there is a few different arms where you can move the vertical lift arm forward or back on the lower lift arms, this will as well put that arm higher or lower on either side if you doe one side and not the other? Maybe I am remembering my tractor wrong, its been months since I have seen it and even longer than that since I ran it. I have only started it and let it run for 10-30 minutes 2 times since about October.

mine only has the one hole, not 3 or so like some of yours.

More pictures of mine...I only have one additional hole on my left lift arm. My original question was just more out of a convenience situations. Mine works well enough but when I saw my neighbors Kubota and the JD 950 with a cranking one I thought wow, that's is definitely better than what I have and would make life a tad bit easier especially in the cold hand season. I can adjust it to the other hole, which would work really well when its summer, but I use a back blade for snow removal and I am always getting off the tractor and re adjusting the blade angle and then I have to adjust the height as well.

What did you think of the link I posted? Expensive but that is on the track you were looking for.

car doc...yes...Thank you....and the term "leveling box" brings up a lot of options. So now just finding the one that is the my range...figure 16 to 20 inches since my left lift arm measures 18" - so a range of 16-20" would give me a good spread. I am pretty sure that the holes can be opened up if need be assuming there is enough meat around the hole pins.

Good deal hope you are going to find one now! I have also seen some on ebay buy it now since I started looking for ya one in the $65 range that fit old Fords 8n etc.

They are a bit long but looks like a guy could do some hacking and welding on something in that price range. I would like to see one in person if it was me before buying it though but its an idea Soundguy would know.

I want to see what in person as well and then I will know I can hack away at it....maybe the next time I am at TSC

dont think you do but do you have Agrisupply's up there? Its like a TSC but 100x better. The place is the size of a lowes inside and has an equiptment yard as big on top of that.

They also beat TSC in price 90% of the time.

+1 on Agrisupply. I have not been in one but have ordered stuff online they must be huge that's exactly right!
