Mahindra 5555
I have a brand new 5555 and with less than 30hrs have had both front rims crack at the clamp welds. First was the left front and now after replacing that the right front. Attached are pictures. Anyone else having an issue like this? Running the required pressures and everything according to manual. Dealer was rejected by Mahindra warranty and was told to go through wheel manufacturer Titan. Anyone else having this issue? Currently looking at 3 weeks down waiting on resolution between dealer and Titan.... IMG_1336.JPG

Wow time for mahindra to step up and take care of this. They chose the wheel manufacture. Take care of this.

Sounds like Mahindra's problem as you have no business relation with the wheel manufacturer.

It would be the same as if the engine was broken.

Mahindra wouldn't tell you to go through the engine maker.

Sounds like you need to talk with someone higher up on the food chain at Mahindra.

Its just part of the process your warranty will be taken care of your dealer just didn't know the process to getting it done... all tire/rim warranties go through Titan... You can talk as high as you want with Mahindra but that's just how the tire/wheel warranties are done...

They didn't tell him to do anything...
