Maybe I don't have enough trees...or too much time....
The wheels are chasing lights.
Merry Christmas y'all....

Well that's the first one of those we have seen, nice idea. Have the kids tried to get on it yet?

Blue with white wheels, gotta be a New Holland.

Merry Christmas! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually, that's my homemade Farmnought! I was kinda worried about stringing lights on it since that means not playing around with it for awhile...so I bought a $50 3/4 ton to keep me entertained.Sadly..we don't have any kids around here, but I did see something strange about the tractor when I pulled in last night. It looked like I ow had three muffflers instead of two.Got a little closer and realized the new muffler had eyes!! Cats found a neat place to stay dry....and the kittens love the chasing lights....hope they don't chew into the wires..

Mine isn't as large as yours or nearly as funtional the rest of the year, but here is my version along with the Glass Jar tree that I made.

Ooooops, need to add, I didn't make mine - but hey it still falls under this section because I did make the tree.

I found a fella with a 6X6 axle that would sell me the wheels and tires for $40.These will look great on the back on the tractor.Don't have a wrench that big so I took the trusty pipe wrench with me and a can of WD40.I ended up using a 15 foot "cheater" on the lug and just heard it "crack" and that was all.....Turns out they were LEFT hand threads!!! Guess which lug gave me the biggest fit!!! I only ended up getting the one off.Today,I'll be sure to check the other side for which way to turn before I crank another one down TIGHTER!! I'm not sure which board I read about the two directional threading on...but I keep telling the wife that I AM NOT "wasting my time" reading these boards. Now it looks like I might have to put the 15" tires up front to level it out....
