Could you do this?

Podunk,
I've seen that just recently, I'm pretty sure right here on TBN.
Some specialized application for working on the side of the rails.
Necessity is the mother of invention, or in this case maybe a load in one's shorts.

No way in the world could I do something like that!!! Yikes, but the pucker factor is just too much for me to handle.

I can't imagine how he managed to do it the first time, or why he'd do it a second time, but from all the metal that's been added to the tractor, it looks like he does it all the time.

If anybody knows how to find this on youtube, I'd sure love to see it!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing the pics, I'm more then impressed with the operator's skill.

Eddie

I don't think I would do it to the top of a boxcar, but have done it as high as a flat bed truck, about 4 feet. It would suprize you how stable it is. I set mine down into a pool excavation site many times and they are around 4 foot. You just set the loader bucket down on a flat surface and pick up the rear with the hoe. But then again I can, and don't mind walking on a 2 x 4 laying on the ground, but not to much at 12 feet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
