Planters Cole Multiflex seed spacing

We have a 2 row Cole Multiflex with the double seed hoppers. On the inside of the lid is printed info on plant spacing with different gears and plates, but the lettering is worn off and unreadable. I found info on the seed plates on the Cole website but nothing on seed spacing. Can anyone help me out?

I just purchased a one row 12MX this year. Now I just need the ground to dry up & the soil to warm to give it a whirl.
