I own a new ck30hst and was wondering what other Kioti owners use to start their tractors in extremly cold weather. I use a synthetic 5w30 and the machine is in a barn.

Try this...
Turn your key slowly to just before the starter engages. You will see the glow plug light come on again. This is the manuel engagement postition. If it is cold enough that the regular cycle is not long enough you can do a couple things. One you can turn them on longer before startup manuelly. OR two you can turn them on after startup to improve and smooth out the idle.
