Hi, I have a Ransomes mower with a D1105-B Kubota 3 cylinder engine, when the mower is cold it is an absolute pig to start.(when warm its on the button!) the timer for the glow plugs has been disconnected and you just hold the button manually to preheat. what i want to know is what is the injector pump ETR solenoid mentioned on the wiring diagram? as i notice that this is powered when the ignition is on but the relay open circuits when you turn the starte over and hence power then is removed from the ETR. Is this correct? also i notice that their is no smoke when turning starter over from cold and its as if the injection pump lses its prime.....eventually smoke appears and it will start (if the batery isnt flat first!) Any experts on this please?
