clutch/transmission problem

My mt372d is making a grinding noise when shifting. I have tried to adjust the clutch per the owner's manual but no success. How can I determine what the problem is?

One possibility if the pressure plate is stuck to the flywheel. There are many threads on how to diagnose and deal with this problem. Use the search function or Google search site functionality to find your information.
