First post! Hard starting and will not idle. I have rebuilt the carb, no change. Since I am by my self, I can only start the machine by pouring some gas down the intake on the top of machine , once it starts it will not idle below approx. 1000/1200 rpms. If I let it die it will restart only with the throttle wide open? I do not understand the system, it has a standard throttle plate and a few inches higher on the intake it has another plate which appears to run off of the engine, maybe governor of some kind.
