A friend is selling his Cub Cadet CL400, low hours (450) he want's $15,000 it come's with a back blade and a brush hog (hog is used) He has never had any problems..what do ya think??

A CL400 is just a loader, no tractor with it. Which model is this? What kind of condition? What year?
