Lots of people spend time and money getting there equipment just so before they even use it, thinking it will be great then the need never arises.

Some operators are very used to CAT controls and others for the Deere controls. I had borrowed an excavator that was set to CAT. I had a hard time using it because it wasn't what I was used to. Fighting instinctive/automatic hand movements was hard. Luckily it had a change over valve and I went to Deere. Now it felt normal. All he had to do was change a few hose connections to be able to have instinctive controls.
